  • What happens if the rental breaks down?
    Contact us immediately so we can decide the best course of action,
  • Are there late fees if I return rental late?
    A $75 fee will be charged per machine if the rental is brought back up to one hour late. A $150.00 fee will be charged per machine will occur if the rental is brought back up to two hours late. A Full day rental will be charged if over 2 hours late.
  • Do I need to clean my rental prior to returning?
    Remove all personal items and trash, we will gladly wash it for you.
  • What are the details of your rental agreement?

  • What should I bring?
    Helmets and goggles will be supplied. Riders should always wear long pants, long sleeved shirts and a closed toe shoes. In cooler months, warmer clothes and a jacket is recommended . Bring plenty of drinks and snacks, and sunscreen is always encouraged. Ice chests available.
  • Do I need a Security Deposit?
    Yes. There is a $2500.00 security deposit per machine rental. A hold will be placed on your credit card while the machine is in your possession. If machine is returned in original condition without damages the security deposit will be returned.
  • Am I required to wear a helmet?
    Yes. Unless a Helmet refusal agreement is signed.
  • Age requirements for rental
    The driver must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Any minor Passengers the Driver must be over 25 years of age or with parent. All minor passengers must adhere to Current State Child Seat laws.
  • What are Rental Times and Where Do I go to rent?
    Show up 30 minutes prior to your rental time for safety training.
  • Do I have to refuel rental machine before I return it?
    No. On all rentals fuel is no charge. On longer rentals, if more fuel is required before rental of machine is complete renter must pay for fuel, save receipts and Lessor with issue a refund. 91 octane only.
  • What if I return my rental early?
    No refunds given if returned early for any reason, including (but not limited to) damage during rental period, or weather related conditions
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made within 24 hours, or you do not show for your reservation, no refund is offered.
